Our mission is to help bachelor and master students start their careers in a way that truly fits their education, ambitions and potential, while helping companies connect with the right academic talent quickly and effectively.

The challenge

Many bachelor and master students struggle to find relevant work that matches their studies and long term ambitions. A common problem is that students often end up in side jobs that have no connection to their education, while they could already be building relevant work experience. The main barrier is time. Students usually do not have enough time or access to the right network to find suitable study related jobs. Companies also find it difficult to reach and select the right academic talent efficiently.

The solution

We connect bachelor and master students, as well as recent graduates, with companies that match their field of study and career goals. We provide personal guidance and direct access to a strong network of employers. The service is free of charge and without obligations for students. We select relevant opportunities, guide candidates through the process, and help them secure positions during or directly after their studies. This allows students to gain relevant work experience instead of working in unrelated side jobs.
