Mission

Our mission is to support companies in facilitating a more user-friendly, sustainable and cost-saving way of enjoying a cup of coffee or tea for their employees.

The challenge

Facilities where coffee and tea is consumed are forced or willing to change from disposable to reusable cups due to sustainability reasons. We found that 80% of these companies struggle in this transition with offering a fitting cleaning facility for their employees and visitors to keep these reusable cups clean without much hassle. Current cleaning facilities for reusable cups are not optimal: using a dishwasher often becomes chaotic or takes a long time, cleaning the cup in a sink with a brush is found unhygienic and uses a lot of water or companies spend a lot of money on external cleaning services.

The solution

The Jelt station is a convenient solution for rinsing and drying a reusable coffee/tea cup within 10 seconds. It is intended for quick in between cleaning of an own cup throughout the day. After an employee has enjoyed their coffee or tea, they can put their used cup on the station to quickly wash and dry it. The cup is immediately fresh for reuse or clean to store in a bag. The employee can then continue their work. Bringing and using an own reusable cup is stimulated and made more comfortable. The station saves water and costs for the facility and makes it more greener, cleaner and employee-friendly.
